Exclusive Experiences

A possible, beautiful itinerary for you

  1. A Soft Spot for Cuteness

Arrival in Tokyo. Sightseeing in the capital mixes history with the modern. The children are fascinated as they see their favourite characters come to life, and they get a glimpse of the world that inspired their favourite animated films. Your private guide has masterfully blended storytelling and games. Your dinner experience is catered for children. It is so much fun that they eat strange ingredients without flinching. They’ve been captivated by Japan.

  2. Stealthy Arts

You begin your day meditating alongside mysterious figures clad in dark fabric. You are going to train with Ninjas. These masters of the shadow arts welcome you to their guild ― for the time being ― and show you real weapons, which you and your family learn how to use. With the gained knowledge, you move stealthily to the calligraphy parlour. The kids mastered the subtle movements of the Ninja sword. Now, hopefully, they will apply the same principles to their handwriting. In the evening, you fly around Tokyo on a private helicopter..

  3. Of Samurai and Spirits

Near the town of Hakone, there are many wonderful natural sights, not least a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. In the nearby Shinto shrine, you learn of the old religion of Japan, and the fantasy world that lives in nature comes to life before the kids’ eyes. They are attentive. At any time they could go through a portal into a magical realm. Back in the modern world, you hop on a bullet train for Osaka. There you visit castles and learn the secrets of the Samurai sword. You train in an authentic dojo and enjoy a cutting demonstration. Why not give it a go yourself?

  4. Kimono Party

You end your journey in Kyoto. You fear that the delicate gardens and sophisticated aesthetics of the city might bore the kids. However, the children are engaged with the beautiful sights and now, armed with the knowledge of previous experiences, they are the ones curious and eager to discover more. Later, you learn all about the kimono and wear an authentic one yourself. It is fitting for the tea ceremony. You learn of the etiquette codes and chuckle to yourself as you see the children carrying themselves with complete ease. Talk about transformative travel!
