The Pugliese live on a different rhythm, and they have taken cucina povera , poor people's cuisine, to divine heights.

Walk the beautiful grounds of the estate and, of course, enjoy some olive oil. Enjoy an exclusive picnic in the heart of the ancient olive grove. After lunch, continue to Ostuni, the famous Città Bianca or White City, a glimmering hilltop jewel with breathtaking sea views. For dinner this evening, enjoy some rustic cuisine at a nearby local restaurant.
