An evening with cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan

In an evening of emotions and multisensory experiences, incredible performances from Narek Hakhnazaryan, one of the finest cellists of his generation, were accompanied by a menu from Andrea Oschetti. The feelings of each performance were expressed through the flavours and presentation of each dish; the Cello Sonata (Debussy) played in D minor evoked a sense of melancholy, which was reflected in the dark chocolate dessert. To counter feelings of melancholy, we recommended conjuring images of sunny Sicily .
